The health and safety of all participants is our top priority.
Below are the COVID safety procedures we will follow at FT DAY Dubai. They are based on the Department of tourism and commerce marketing (Dubai Tourism) regulations and the Holiday Inn’s guidance
In order to ensure a smooth process with regard to the current covid regulations and thus the safety of all, we would like to ask you to comply with the following.
- Masks are mandatory in the hotel.
- For increased safety, one of our staff members will measure your body temperature without contact when you enter the event area between three times.
- On the premises, we will of course implement all measures to ensure a safe event
- Vaccinated individuals: No negative PCR test is required, need to present vaccination report/certificate.
- Unvaccinated Individuals: Negative PCR test is required from within 96 hours.
Increased cleaning and disinfection
- The hotel will provide continuous cleaning throughout the course of the event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas. The exhibit and conference rooms will be closed each night for deep cleaning.
- Hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the event space. We encourage all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
Social Distancing
- Physical distancing – participants must socially distance by 2M. We will use a one-way traffic system around show floors, signage and floor markings to facilitate proper social distancing.
- Food and beverage – All food will be served by hotel personnel with proper PPE equipment.
- All attendees, exhibitors and staff will be required to comply with these measures.
